agree with what kara said, we have very active core healers at the moment.

a priest healer would be a nice option however as we have none atm....app looks good, ill leave this one to the other officers

+ the fact we dont have Priest Healers yet!! those sort of healers are very welcome!!

We have a nice healing team aswell, but are hoping to get a second group going.
One thing we are missing for that is healers.
So with that in mind, I say we give this priest an inv.

Please tell us about your raiding experiences to date. Include any 10-man or heroic instances you've taken part in.:
I have raided 10 man FL, BoT and BWD including a good number of trys on rag with whiplash II who I left a few days ago to seek out more raiding opertunites. I have raided in WOLTK progressing with Whiplash through the whole of ICC and the older content.

How do you prepare for a raid?:
Read tactics, watch videos, gem enchant gear, get flask e.t.c.

Which addons do you use for raiding?:
I use healbot3 + xperl + Quartz +PoM Tracker+ Rapture tracker + Power Auras + Miks floating battle text + Bartender + Recount+ Omen lots more im probably forgetting about.

What do you enjoy most about raiding?:
I enjoy progressing, I see wipes as a way of progressing so I am not the kind of person that wants to skip the hard bosses unless its the day before reset e.t.c. I like to try on hard content and am prepared to improve and adapt my playstyle to overcome issues that are preventing the raid progressing.

What irritates you most during a raid?:
Afk's unless planned so everyone goes together, No-Shows when people don't show for no good reason it upsets me. People who think their raid slot is god given, I'd like to think that players get selected on ability especially when progress is involved. I've found that in other guilds that isn't always the case.

What in-game accomplishments are you most proud of?:
Not much in Cata, in WOLTK Killing LK10 and 25 Man quite early on, check armory for dates.

Do you have any alts? Please tell us about them.:
I have a warrior Tank that I have experience raiding FL with, I prefer healing but will bring my tank as required to help the team.

How much time do you spend online, and how often can we expect you to be available for raiding?:
I spend most evenings online , I am not online during the day normally as I work, I am available for raids most nights during the week untill 1am server time

Please tell us about other guilds you've been a member of. Why did you leave?:
I have been a member of Whiplash until It disbanded when I left the server for a while and stopped playing, when whiplash reformed as whiplash II I was a founding member but they cant get more than a 10 man raid together and they have no interest in taking me as they have a firm 3 man healing setup. I joined Deus ex machina a couple of days ago but it is apparent that they do not have a spot for a healer in either of their 10 man raids.

Someone recommended you as a guild that were progressing and were looking to down rag I was hoping to bring my experience and hopefully start HC content with you guys

What are you hoping to get from being a member of Organised Confusion?:
Raid time with skilled players, progress but most of all a good time and a laugh!

What can we expect from you as a guild member?:
Someone whos online at raid time ready to go and will try there best to help the guild progress.
