I like this application.
Nice PVP gear, which Apy will like for his pvpnights on tuesday.
Still will need some work to get you raid ready, but somehow I think you are willing to put in the effort.
Trial spot imo.

Race : Gnome
Class : Rogue
Spec 1 : Assass.

WoW Heroes

What is your name?:
Didrik

What is your date of birth ? (To get accepted you need to be over 18 years old):
01/08/1989

What is your nationality?:
Norwegian

What is the name of the character you are applying for?:
Oggiva

Is this your main character?:
Yes

Which class does your character belong to?:
Rogue

What is the race of your character?:
Gnome

Describe your character's talent specification.:
For PvE I use assassination. For PvP Subtlety is currently the only viable choice.

Please provide your character's relevant unbuffed stats, e.g. amount of +healing if you're a healer.:
4877 agility. 1333 hit rating. 1468 mastery rating.

Please provide your Armory link URL.:
http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/korgall/Oggiva/advanced

What professions and levels do you have?:
Engineering 540. Mining 525

Please tell us about your raiding experiences to date. Include any 10-man or heroic instances you've taken part in.:
Most of my WoW career have been devoted to PvP, but I have done some PvE too.
From Vanilla I have none, as I dinged 60 just as TBC came out.
During TBC I cleared both 10-man instances with some friends of mine. None of the 25-man were done.
WotLK:
I did Sartharion while Ulduar was current content.
After I came back from the army (start of ICC) I did the two last bosses in Naxx with a friends guild, pugged the whole of TotC on both modes (10-man on my paladin) and 8/12 in ICC (6/12 on 25-man).
I did Anub'Arak on heroic mode in 10-man :D (Look on the stats page, not on the raid progress bar.)
Cata:
I were finally able to join a BoT pug a couple weeks ago, which we were able to finish with 9 men.

How do you prepare for a raid?:
I watch videos of or read up on tactics for the boss fights. I also make sure that I bring all relevant stuff and that I will be able to be there for the entire duration of the raid.

Which addons do you use for raiding?:
Deadly Boss mods
Power Auras.
Recount.
Grid.
Omen.
Addons to make my UI look smooth.

What do you enjoy most about raiding?:
The best part of raiding would have to be when you get further and further on a boss fight and then finally manage to kill it. It is also nice to hang out with cool people.

What irritates you most during a raid?:
Several pauses for no good reason must have to be the most annoying one.

What in-game accomplishments are you most proud of?:
Achievement: Accomplished Angler. (What A Long, Strange Trip It's been.)
Item: Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker.
Boss Kill: Anub'arak 10-man heroic.

Do you have any alts? Please tell us about them.:
No, not really. I have an 80 paladin on another server that I played on during WotLK.

How much time do you spend online, and how often can we expect you to be available for raiding?:
Way too much to be honest. You can expect me to be online most of the time.

Please tell us about other guilds you've been a member of. Why did you leave?:
I am currently in the guild "Like Shooting Stars". When I joined I thought it would be a guild mainly focused on PvP, with some casual raiding from time to time. Sadly there were no raiding besides Baradin Hold. The main reason I am looking for a new guild is the fact that I'm starting to get a bit bored with PvP, but still find PvE interesting. (except the nth run of zandalari heroics. Thank god I don't need any more valor points this patch.) The fact that a lot of people in the guild have left and there aren't really anything happening in the guild anymore is also a reason why I'm looking for a new guild. I've wanted to start raiding since Firelands came out, but for different reasons I never got to do it.

Are there any current members of Organised Confusion who can provide a reference for you?:
Laseen

Where did you hear about Organised Confusion?:
Laseen

What are you hoping to get from being a member of Organised Confusion?:
I expect stories of epic boss kills that I can tell my friends. :D I also expect to be treated nicely.

What can we expect from you as a guild member?:
You can expect me to always do my best and to show up when I sign for raids.

Have you read, do you accept, and do you agree to be bound by our Guild Charter?:
Yes

Is there any additional information you would like to add to this application?:
After having this rogue as my main for almost 6 years I have a really good understanding of the rogue class and what it can do. I also take good care of my professions.
