How do you prepare for a raid?:
talk to people on vent beforehand so that everyone knows what they are doing
Which addons do you use for raiding?:
i havent really needed to in the past, being a healer and all, but i will pick up a threat meter and damage meter (to keep an eye on my damage) when i start raiding with my shaman =-D
What do you enjoy most about raiding?:
killing the bosses? xD
easily the best thing about raiding is to complete the run with a minimum amount of deaths, and that can only happen with skilled players.
What irritates you most during a raid?:
NOOBS =-P
no offence to anyone that is a noob, but it really holds a guild down if 1-2 people dont know what they are doing in a 10 man raid in my opinion.
What achievements are you most proud of?:
when a pug inc bryxellence and agunia from organised confusion and myself 8 manned maiden =)
when i solo healed 70% of netherspite on a run with vengeance, one healer died at 70% and the other got locked out of the room, but we still got the kill!
also, when vengeance completed karazhan in 4h, i was one of the healers along with a friend and there was only 3 deaths throughout, everyone played well that night.
Do you have any alts? Please tell us about them.:
'sweetcheeks' lvl 70 shaman enhance, needs only BM to be kara attuned, which i hope to do soon. stats are about 300hp .80% crit and 30 ap off what i want to even enter kara- in core atm.
'zeroxyz' my old main, warr turned prot tank, turned fury to grind, no really good gear =)
How much time do you spend online, and how often can we expect you to be available for raiding?:
before christmas i could raid most days, but recently i have found myself caught up in work and im finishing later, so raids are rather limited unfortunately at the moment. recently too there is a girl involved in my life, so i wont be online as often again, but for different reasons =)
Please tell us about other guilds you've been a member of. Why did you leave?:
'banéthil warriors'- moved out to move into 'vengeance.'
'vengeance'- didnt leave, they have recently disbanded =)
Are there any current members of Organised Confusion who can provide a reference for you?:
agunia, bryxellence, eigore, -most of the ol' banéthil warrior guys!

What are you hoping to get from being a member of Organised Confusion?:
to get my raiding back on track, im not saying that i wil stay in OC for ever, but id like to think that im welcomed to bring that little experience that i got from vengeance too.
What can we expect from you as a guild member?:
in the long run, someone who will be seen as a trusted reliable member of the guild, signs for raids when available, and bring experience throughout.
Is there any additional information you would like to add to this application?:
im like only 3k or so away from exhaulted with sha'tar so i will pick up the mace from there, get the enchant, and get a new shield with badges, thus increasing my healing to atleast 1750+
