Organized confusion: did not want to move to xavius at that time.
In een emmer: Mostly a pvp guild with friends but they stopped playing so it's no fun anymore.

I know this guy in real life and I can tell you he is an experienced and dedicated raider. He would be very usefull for the guild imo. I bet he's even gonna sign for all raids. :P
