We are a raiding guild, some do pvp, but you will find that is a minority of the players here.
You logged out with your OS (tanking) gear, and I can see quite some pvp and unenchanted items there.
Also I think the gemming could be better. You tend to go for the socket bonus, whereas gemming stamina might be better for tanks.
I would like to see what your ms gear is like.
Furthermore it seems you have no raiding experience in cata yet. So make sure you know the tactics to all bosses if you should get accepted.

Oh and Kara, different tanking classes go for different things, we aren't all druid tanks you know ;)

had this guy on my friends list for a while now, he's fairly active so it wouldnt be too much to ask for if we gave him a short time to gear up....worth a trial
