I've tried numerous guilds, none were organised enough ot had enough interest in raiding to put raids together.

I know my character is a little weak but I am looking more long term. I'm looking for a guild I can settle down in and can be a part of. Planning on dropping skinning for tailoring so I can build my Shadoweave set.

Erm, only level 61.
I think you can join the Guild as a Citizen (not 100% sure about that) & then re-apply at lvl 70.
Hopfully by then you may have taken up Tailoring to make Frozen Shadow Weave set or be dripping in gold to buy some good gear like Belt of Blasting & Spellstrike Hood & Pants.
We only recruit for Raiding ie LVL 70

I've checked the armoury Vs what I can remember about Lucy, it's the right char, but she left Rain of Chaos a while back. Wierd. Also, she's taken up tailoring today - I suggested that she did when she asked about joining (read: "Told her to learn tailoring - you need Shadoweave in your life"  ).
Had a quick chat with Tibet about guild status and basically what's been pointed out before, found out that I need to be a sponsor (Happy to do so). Let me know if there's anything else I need to advise her :-)

Just a quick update.. I am now lv 62 nearly 63. I took Rhod's advice and changed to Tailoring (kept mining) which is now about 320. My damage has also increased to around 450 all thanks to tailoring - CHEERS RHOD xxx

we can always use a skilled lock, but i see ur demon now, witch is NOT a raidspec as it will always have limited DPS compared 2 destro/sacrifice

As Rhod has mentioned, it's a friend of his, which is still leveling.
I am sure that s/he won't have an issue to respec to raid spec.
I am all for getting friends and family into the guild as you know that they understand each other and work well together.

never sayd she didnt didnt get my vote always love 2 have a good lock in the guild yust sayd her spec isnt imba for raiding :P, i lvled destro all the way and know its harder then hell 2 lvl with(found that out after i had reached 70)
