What professions and levels do you have?:
Leatherworking and Skinning, Leatherworking i took to make gear for Wrath of the lich king expansion, to get some good gear to start with & make gear for the guild. Aswell for the next expansion, Cataclysm, to boost my Leatherworking and provide gear for the guild for faster progression.

Ulduar 10 : Cleared - Also got the full Glory of the Ulduar 10 man
Ulduar 25 : No one bothered to do, so dont got much cleared there.
ToC 10 : 5/5 Normal, 5/5 Heroic
ToC25 : 5/5 Normal : 3/5 Heroic
Ruby Sanctum 10 : Normal: Clear ( Heroic was 16% ..  )
Ruby Sanctum 25 : Normal: Clear ( Did'nt do heroic yet )
Icecrown citadel 10 : Normal: Clear
: Heroic : 11/12
: Glory of the ICC raider obtained , so got the bloodbathed Frostbrood vanguisher mount,
Icecrown Citadel 25 : Normal: Clear
: Heroic : 9 / 12 ( Missing putricide -> He was at 29% last time ) And sindra & LK
How do you prepare for a raid?:
I make sure to be online 30 minutes before the raid >Invites< starts, I went before to the Auction House to prepare my flasks, my Mana potions if needed , u never know ;p And be on the raid location to help / assist in summoning people
Which addons do you use for raiding?:
Currently :Deadlyboss mods,

: Recount ( Just to see who is under the average dps and who is slacking )

What do you enjoy most about raiding?:
The progression, helping people,
About the loot i dont care about that much anymore
Its not about bragging but i already got descent gear and i dont mind passing ANYTHING , if its a bigger upgrade for the fellow guildmember who also will need the item
What irritates you most during a raid?:
Pointing fingers, Blaming 1 single person who did a mistake
Just quick-recover, and start-over and just explain to the person in whisper or something what his mistake was & that he wont do it again.
What in-game accomplishments are you most proud of?:
My ulduar drake achievement
My ICC Drake achievement

How much time do you spend online, and how often can we expect you to be available for raiding?:
Explained that i found a job with cr*p hours and will be able to help whenever im online , and in the weekends i will be online, " friday abit late but able to stay up late " - Saturday all day long " - And sunday evening but not really really late "

tbh, i like this guy already even though i see him as a threat for my 10 man spot :'( haha fml.
great app imo, shame he works a lot but there is a few people in the guild that are worse than this tbh.
he's experienced and well geared.

I chatted with Microsof who tells me that his interest is only to help us to progress - when he can - I can hardly see how we can turn away his experience so it is a big yes from me.
One question though, I forgot to ask due to excessive amounts of vodka last night - why leave Solar Flare?

i asked him that last night, his reason is that he cannot raid 25 man any longer, which is a fair reason imo
