Done all cata hc's, BH and 2 bosses on BWD. Not much cause we (me and shiani which applied here yesterday-my fiancé) did not make it to join or create any stable raiding group.
How do you prepare for a raid?:
I read tact, and if possible checking video of boss encounter. Always have potions and food to boost stats that are most important for my character.
Which addons do you use for raiding?:

What do you enjoy most about raiding?:
In order: friendly run, no arguing, good loot and some progress :)
What irritates you most during a raid?:
When people are arguing on raid - just 2 players which are mean to each other on /raid chat can spoil all the fun of raid.
Also when players don’t know basic information on tact, on the boss encounter.
What in-game accomplishments are you most proud of?:
2 bosses in BWD on 25 man raid from recent events.
Do you have any alts? Please tell us about them.:
Segin - pally tank with 338 ilvl - not ready for tanking on raid, but I'm working on him in free time.
How much time do you spend online, and how often can we expect you to be available for raiding?:
5h a day (working days), more on weekends
Please tell us about other guilds you've been a member of. Why did you leave?:
I was a member of Active guild on Karazhan, which was the best guild for me which I have been. Made a lot of friends and we were raiding together is great atmosphere. But I had to take a break in Wow to finish university. When I came back all friends moved to other guilds or servers. Still have contact with them, but we can’t play together.

What are you hoping to get from being a member of Organised Confusion?:
I would really like to be a part of new 10 man raiding group with Shiani, if possible.
Make some friends and enjoy non vulgar, aggressive guild chat I guess.
What can we expect from you as a guild member?:
Attendance on raiding guilds events, crafter for guildes (jc and bs). Commitment on raids and knowledge of basic tact. (you have to encounter a boss to get full knowledge, right? )
I can heal, prefer to dps, but if guild needs a healer I can become one.
Also tank alt should be ready for rading soon.

I'm active player which really enjoys riding with nice people – I never give up on bosses after wipe(s). So I think I could be dedicated raider for Your guild.
