I have left The dambusters because they didn't do Cataclysm raids and heroics. I don't enjoy doing raids and dungeons for just the EPIC items so to do them in a guild and gain guild exp is a good thing

And being 18 matters how? there are some player out there who are 10 and can better DPS. healing and tanking than a 21 year old so age doesn't matter

It has nothing to do with skills, high dps, good healing or tanking.
It's all about maturity and raid hours.

Hi Will, thanks for showing an interest in joining Organised Confusion. As has been mentioned, we have certain criteria - as laid out in our charter, an age restriction is one of those criteria. On this occasion we will have to decline your application.
