Our raid hours are between 19.30 - 00.00 servertime.

Besides the fact that I think we are full on tanks I can see some other problems :

First aid is about the last profession you need for raids.

We are full on tanks atm, so it will be very hard to get you a raids spot.

That's only one raidnight out of the 4 we have... which is not enough, I'm afraid

I'm afraid I'm going to have to decline this app.
As Kara and Tenga have touched on previously, our raid nights are Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday, 19.30-00.00. We would expect you to sign to at least 2 raids a week.
The gear is ok, but again, we are quite full on tanks at the minute, so raid spots are not guaranteed, and wiping does indeed come with raiding.
Good luck with finding a guild.
