This is my 3rd lvl70 char (have also druid and shaman on different realms) and I've had my own Kara-raiding guild. We cleared it several times outcluding Netherspite. I've also been in Gruul raids in other guild. Never seen ZA, mostly cause I stopped playing just before it was released and did a comeback bit over a month ago.
How do you prepare for a raid?:
I try to get all IRL things in order (eating, toilet, etc) so I dont have to go afk all the time. I also respec/gear whenever needed and buy flasks and pots to any harder-than-Kara places.
Which addons do you use for raiding?:
Deadly boss mod, Omen threat meter and damage meter just cause Im curious to know how well Im doing.  No problem to get CT_raid addon if needed.
What do you enjoy most about raiding?:
The feeling when you finally get that boss down after several failures, it just makes up for it. Or well, failures are not necessary Just that feeling of progress. And I would be lying if I didn't say some phat new gear is also nice to get.
What irritates you most during a raid?:
Loads of unnecessary waiting, stupid wipes (ie. pulling many groups by accident) and if that boss just wont go down.
What achievements are you most proud of?:
Hmm.. maybe getting Attumen down first time long time ago. It was awesome feeling when our part-greenish group actually downed something in Kara. :P
Do you have any alts? Please tell us about them.:
Like I said, 70 shaman and 70 druid. Also got 61 hunter, 60 warrior, 55 shaman and some smaller ones. None of 'em in Twilights Hammer tho, mage is my only char here and only char I play at the moment.
How much time do you spend online, and how often can we expect you to be available for raiding?:
Depeding on day, I can be online from 1 hour to almost 10. I should be able to raid pretty often. Got some random outdoor hobbies and casual hanging around with friends. Oh and when I start my work (19.5.) I will have some night-shifts which limits my raiding.
Please tell us about other guilds you've been a member of. Why did you leave?:
My first guild in Twilights Hammer was a Finnish guild called Routa. Nice ppl but I got bored to its zero-activity and wanted to change to some guild that actually does something. Then I joined newly-formed guild called Soil. They said that raiding would start as soon as theres enough people. They never got more than 5 so I left from Soil too. Been freelancer since.

Can't say for sure but I'm very disappointed if Parlamentos doesn't speak up for me after making me do this app. ;)

What are you hoping to get from being a member of Organised Confusion?:
Nice and mature enviroment to raid and hang around in. That seems to be difficult nowadays.
What can we expect from you as a guild member?:
I'll try to be as active as I can and avoid making unnecessary mistakes in raids. Can also help other members when needed if Im not in a hurry to anywhere. I also tend to be a comedian every now and then but got enough self criticism that I know when to shut up.
Is there any additional information you would like to add to this application?:
Can't really think of anything. I got lot of experience at least, played since beta.

Yep just what Olli said, ive met him while doing the daily HC! He did it quite good ^^ I saw that he didn't had a guild, so I asked if he would like to join ours, and that sounded great to him!
I think he will do it very good in our guild,

Looking at Armory your gear could do with some improvement, but I appreciate that we all have to start somewhere. However, I really like your application and would like to accept you as a trialist. /w me in game for an invite.

yep 2-3 Kara runs & some Frozen Shadoweave or Spellfire Clothing (that requires 375 in tailoring) would really boost him... and of course spellstrike clothing.
